Die Prodigy von Springfield Armory® basiert auf der bewährten 1911-Plattform und erweitert sie um eine Double-Stack-Kapazität und leistungsorientierte Ausstattungsmerkmale. Das Polymer-Griffmodul ist auf ein Double-Stack-Magazin ausgelegt und sitzt auf dem geschmiedeten Stahlrahmen. So bietet die Prodigy eine Kapazität von 17+1 oder 20+1. Mit Optikaufnahme, beidseitiger Sicherung und Picatinny-Schiene vereint die Prodigy die beliebtesten Eigenschaften der 1911 mit moderner Magazinkapazität für herausragende Leistung.

4.25″ Bull Barrel: Die Prodigy mit 4.25” verfügt über einen Bull Barrel, der eine schnelle Schussfolge ermöglicht und zugleich Match-Präzision bietet.
Double-Stack-Design: Vom bündig abschließenden 17-Schuss-Magazin bis zum verlängerten 20-Schuss-Magazin – beide sind standardmäßig im Lieferumfang der Pistole enthalten – bietet die Prodigy stets ausreichend Kapazität.
