DescriptionThe Schmeisser® AR15 M4FL 12.5″ is a semi-automatic rifle based on the AR-15 platform and features a compact design for improved maneuverability. The 12.5″ barrel length ensures balanced handling while remaining compatible with modern accessories, including silencers where permitted by law. The free-floating handguard provides clearance for mounting optical equipment and additional gear without affecting the barrel's harmonic characteristics. Barrel and gas systemThe rifle is equipped with a Lothar Walther barrel with a heavier profile for thermal stability and consistent performance. An adjustable gas block allows the gas system to be tuned to the type of ammunition or the configuration of the accessories. The adjustment is clicked for repeatable settings. Fully ambidextrous controlsThe rifle is equipped with controls for left- and right-handed users, including the magazine release, bolt catch, and safety button. The layout supports operation by both right- and left-handed shooters without adjustments. The trigger mechanism offers clear trigger resistance and a short reset for controlled follow-up shots.Materials and manufacturingThe upper and lower receivers are manufactured from a very strong aluminum alloy.
