BE MORE EXACT WITH TRUE BALLISTIC RANGE/WIND TECHNOLOGY
Leupold’s True Ballistic Range/Wind (TBR/W) technology takes precision to the next level by offering 25 selectable ballistics groups that account for your preferred cartridge, helping you dial in the exact range of your target.
Using the old rifleman’s rule on an angled 600-yard shot could result in a 10-15-inch margin of error when compared to the dead-on accuracy of Leupold’s TBR/W. And with TBR/W’s 10-mph wind holds, you’ll have all the information you need to experience more first-shot hits.
EXTREME CLIMATE TESTED
Our rangefinders are tested under the harshest conditions, so you can use them under the most extreme conditions, without fail.
WATERPROOF
Leupold RX rangefinders are weather sealed for guaranteed performance in harsh conditions, from snowstorms to heavy rain.
RAIN + FOG READOUTS
Last Target mode helps the laser punch through moisture in the air to give you accurate distance readings regardless of the weather.
Description
Long-range shooting will test your limits with every shot, which is where the RX®-2800 TBR®/W Alpha IQ™ digital rangefinder comes in. With 1/2-yard accuracy out to 2,800 yards, 7x magnification, and an easy-to-read red OLED display, this lightning-quick rangefinder is guaranteed to stretch your skills. The Alpha IQ™ engine makes ranging smaller targets quicker than ever before, while our True Ballistic Range® (TBR®) technology takes into account the angle of your shot and your rifle’s ballistics to put you dead on every time. Go farther even faster with the new RX®-2800 TBR®/W Alpha IQ™ digital rangefinder.
Features
Line of Sight (LOS) Mode – Calculates the distance to a target in a straight line, regardless of any incline or decline.
True Ballistic Range (TBR) Mode – Uses 25 selectable ballistics groups to calculate precise shoot-to-ranges of up to 800 yards, taking into account factors such as distance, angle, and bullet characteristics. This mode can also calculate a hold value for a 10-mph wind at a 90-degree angle.
Last Target – Guarantees that the rangefinder identifies the most distant target along the laser’s trajectory, preventing inaccuracies caused by adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or fog.
Red OLED Display – Uses bright red characters and have adjustable brightness setting. This display technology also enables best in class light transmission for use in low light conditions.
Selectable Reticles – Offers a variety of reticles to choose from to fit any use or preference.
Tripod Ready – Built-in 1/4-20 rotatable tripod adapter port makes it easy to mount to a tripod.
Waterproof and Fogproof – Leupold pioneered modern waterproof and fogproof technology using advanced internal gasses and sealing methods that withstand extreme temperatures and elevation changes, so the internals of the optics stay moisture free and crystal clear for life.
